Okay, so the ever marvelous created this wonderful little... I guess it's a journal Meme? The rules are this:

1. First 10 people who answer on this journal get their avatar, and my favorite 3 pieces from their gallery

2. Pay it forward! If you choose to respond, please do the same in a features journal too! After all, the reason for doing this is to showcase ourselves and other people!

Anyway, I partook in this meme and it's been the biggest lift I've had for a long time. It's a wonderful feeling knowing that you have put effort into something and someone praising it in such detail, it actually made me well up a little. So, I will be continuing Natural Possession AND Amy and the Beast. The only difference? I haven't got the original script... So, I either need to give everything a complete re-write (Which, for both of them, are desperately needed) or I dissect my laptop and get the files back the only way I can. It would be nice to have something to work off of, but at the same time, looking at the old text might tempt me into trying to stick with the old style, which I do not like.

As for Natural Possession, truth be told... I hadn't even finished the text by the time I started created the pages (page.) So, working from scratch is probably for the greater good.

So to summarize, I WILL be working on getting some new comics created. But you're going to need to give me time to get things written down. Also, for time and tradition reasons, I will keep my comic style how it's always been =3 Expect a new page... End of February at the latest.

(By the way, I am a tiny bit glad that the scripts were lost. If you had seen Amy and the Beast episode 4, you would have understood why *Shudders*)

SO! Time to do the same for the guy who could make this all happen!

1. What could I possibly say about this guy without understating every single word? He has just been the best and one of my closest friends on Deviant Art. I can't exactly remember when he started following me but I believe it was barely even half way through Wolf Gang and he has been nothing but supportive since. He is an absolutely incredible artist too. So much so I'm shocked he hasn't got more followers. Hell, he hasn't got half as much as he deserves. His art always includes amazing character design and a cartoonish style that's always fun to look at. Unsurprisingly though, the first piece of art of his that I'm going to feature here is from his old account which is some beautiful fan art of Amy and the Beast.

A) [link] I can remember the day I first saw this piece. I was working on the comic and stressing the hell out because I just couldn't get it too look exactly how I wanted it to. To try and distract myself, I hid in deviant art. Only to find a comment on my front page showing me this. I practically swooned. Please bare in mind that this is probably the second piece of fan art I had EVER received. This got my ass back on track and led me to completing about 3 pages in one sitting. Even to this day, I look upon this piece to give me the drive to work. It's an amazing feeling knowing that you have your work has given someone such a buzz that they felt the need to actually give you a gift for it. But all that aside, even if it wasn't a fan art for something I made, I would still think this was some awesome as hell fan art. I'm amazed that even though the comic is drawn with stick figures, he was able to nail the look I was going for PRECISELY.

B) [link] I know I know another fan thing, bad Nathan, but I couldn't resist. This is actually just one of many comics he drew influence by my comics. I chose this one because he actually drew me. And considering he probably didn't have a whole lot to work off of, he got my hair at the time pretty much down to a T. Also, considering this was just a quick sketch in a notebook (Hence the flowers in the corner) it's frigging awesome. The best artists can whip out a pencil, sketch something, and it turns awesome within a short time span.  Here's the start to the other comic that he did [link] But I'm not making it my third choice because I really should choose one from his new account that isn't about me

C) [link] Remember what I said about awesome character design? This is probably the peak of his efforts when it comes to that and it's just... amazing in every detail. I was going to choose his piece involving 3 crocodiles playing instruments, but the look of this tiger guy always grabs my attention. Look at those eyes. He just LOOKS mean. He looks as if he's either about to tear you in half or sit you down and angrily question why you've not washed the dishes. There's just so much to this image it makes it difficult to chose anything other than this. Not to say the rest are lesser than this. You should totally check out his gallery. It is pure 64. bit. Awesome.
